COACHING

One-On-One Mentorship for Program Directors or Owners/Operators

Who it’s for: Early Learning and Child Care directors or owners/operators who are seeking guidance, encouragement, and/or assessment of their programs.


What I can do for you:

  • An unbiased assessment of your program, which includes a final written report;
  • Evaluation of any of your documents (e.g. parent handbook, staff handbook, documentation forms, incident reports, etc.);
  • Assistance in setting up systems and organizing program documentation;
  • ITERS and ECERS scales, which includes a final document for your records;
  • And much more!

All coaching is gentle, encouraging, and tailored to your needs.

Who it’s for: Early Learning and Child Care professionals (students or graduates) seeking support, guidance, and encouragement in their practice.
